Leveraging a 20 year career, spanning both Consumer Banking and Technology, Mr Samuel has been at the forefront of institutional digital transformation for almost 20 years.

Reporting to the BOD, he is ultimately responsible for FYNXT's continuous refinement of product and service offerings toward enhancing revenue, margins and enterprise value across the Group’s various business lines.

Prior to FYNXT, Mr Samuel held various leadership positions with global investment banks and Consultancies, including Citibank, HSBC and CA.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Pune Institute of Computer Technology in India as well as an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

He lives in Singapore with his wife, Rebecca and 2 sons, Joshua and Benjamin.

Also reporting to the Company’s CEO, Mr Muthu is directly responsible for designing and driving the product roadmaps and mentoring teams.

His experience includes UX design, consulting, and training projects for over 20 Fortune 500 clients, and leading projects omnichannel UX strategy, innovation, design, and persuasion engineering.

He brings a human-centered approach to digital strategy and product design, balancing human/business needs to create digital experiences that delight users and deliver on business objectives.

He is a Certified Usability Analyst by Human Factors International. He earned his Master’s in Electronic Media, specializing in Interaction Design, from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai in 2009.

He lives in Chennai with his Wife, Karthigha and a son Ramcharan.

Hitesh has over 10 years' experience in designing and building software platforms and services. He’s a master at juggling multiple projects and ensuring his team delivers timely projects and elegant solutions.

Yogesh has over 8 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture of complex and largely scalable software products and services. He thrives in the complex world of software issues, architectural challenges and technical limitations to deliver the best of solutions.

After managing and developing high-performing individuals/teams, recruiting talent, and building a specialization in Learning & Development, She has now taken on the role of human resource management here in the FYNXT.

As Head of HR, she is responsible for all people matters including recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, and strategic organizations initiatives. We have a growing team in Singapore and India and her role is to keep the team motivated, engaged, and driven.
