"Your MetaTrader manager was actually built in 2007, but your operations team is actually working in 2027." — Elian Daoud, Chief Product Strategist, FYNXT
That quote from our recent webinar captures something many brokers feel but rarely say out loud. The tools powering daily operations have not kept pace with the demands placed on the teams using them. FYNXT TradeOps Control Center was built to close that gap.
In our latest webinar, we explored how brokers can reduce manual MT4/MT5 operations, improve control, and scale more efficiently. The session walked through several modules in detail — here is a summary of what was covered.

Dynamic Leverage: A More Proactive Approach to Risk
One of the strongest highlights of the webinar was the Dynamic Leverage module. Many brokers still rely on static leverage or fragmented workflows to manage leverage changes. TradeOps Control Center addresses this with a rule-based system that supports hierarchy across login, group, and symbol levels, combined with scheduled activation and deactivation.
This means brokers can plan leverage adjustments around known market events rather than reacting manually at the last minute. Risk teams gain greater control over exposure, and because leverage changes can be scheduled in advance, there is more time to notify affected client segments before new conditions go live.
Swap-Free Management Beyond a Simple Toggle
The session also covered the Swap-Free Tool in depth. Rather than treating swap-free status as a basic on/off setting, FYNXT presented it as a more advanced pricing and compliance engine. Brokers can configure rules based on charging days and multipliers, using the same multi-level hierarchy applied in Dynamic Leverage.
Scheduling and CRM integration were highlighted as key differentiators. Rules can be activated for specific date ranges — such as promotional windows or regional requirements — and can integrate with CRM-driven targeting logic. This gives brokers far more flexibility in how they structure swap-free or differentiated swap arrangements across client segments, groups, and symbols.

Bulk Operations That Reduce Friction Across Teams
A recurring theme throughout the session was reducing repetitive manual work. The webinar outlined several modules designed for this purpose:
- Account updates and group and symbol configuration
- Swaps management and balance processing
- Manager creation and trade creation or closure
- Account archiving
These tools support CSV-based bulk execution, validation checks, multi-server actions, and output logs for traceability. For operations teams where many of the most time-consuming MetaTrader tasks still require manual input across multiple servers, this kind of unified bulk tooling can represent a meaningful shift in daily workflows.
Governance, Auditability, and Security at the Core
The webinar made an important point: operational modernization is not only about speed and efficiency. It is equally about reducing governance risk. Elian explained how TradeOps Control Center helps brokers move away from overexposure to native admin environments through role-based access, stronger workflow controls, and auditable action histories.
The platform is designed as a governed interface that supports least-privilege access, optional approval chains, and audit-grade evidence for internal reviews, dispute resolution, and regulatory scrutiny. For brokers managing growing operational complexity, these controls can be just as valuable as the automation itself.
A Look Ahead: AI as the Next Phase
Toward the end of the session, FYNXT shared a preview of what is coming next. The upcoming product roadmap includes AI-assisted capabilities designed to help teams navigate user guides, generate and validate CSV files, and summarize operational jobs or reconciliations more efficiently.
Rather than framing AI as a fully autonomous executor of critical tasks, the webinar positioned it as an upper-layer assistant focused on guidance, validation, and insight. That framing reflects the broader message of the session: meaningful operational progress comes from combining automation, governance, and broker-first practicality.
